About CrestIQ

Our Story

We didn't build CrestIQ to sell software. We built it because we were drowning in spreadsheets while managing $150M in real assets.

Who We Are

Operators Who Code

CrestIQ is the operations intelligence layer for commercial real estate — built by operators, for operators. We're not a startup that studied CRE. We're a CRE firm that built software because nothing on the market solved our problems.

Every feature was born from a real operational pain point — a missed lease renewal, a stalled permit, a work order that fell through the cracks. We use it every day on real properties with real money.

CrestIQ Goes Public

Launching as a standalone SaaS platform. Multi-tenant architecture, AI-powered lease abstraction, and the operations intelligence layer for CRE operators worldwide.

2024

22 Modules — Full Lifecycle

Expanded to 22 integrated modules: portfolio management, leasing engine, tenant matching, deal pipelines, work orders, Gantt charts, permits, compliance, and more.

2023

Operations Dashboard Born

Built the first internal dashboard to replace 12+ disconnected tools. Property tracking, work orders, and lease management for a $150M+ portfolio.

2008–2022

The Pain That Built CrestIQ

13+ years managing CRE on spreadsheets, emails, and paper. Every missed renewal and stalled permit reinforced the need for a unified platform.

Our Thesis

Operators Build the Best Software

Veeva ($49B) was built by pharma operators. Toast ($14B) by restaurant operators. Procore ($12B) by construction operators. CrestIQ follows the same playbook for commercial real estate.

“We didn’t build this to sell software. We built it because we were drowning in spreadsheets while managing $150M in real assets. Then we realized every operator we know has the same problem.”
